STAN KNISS
I have been in the real estate business for the better part of 20 years, and I’ve enjoyed some nice successes along the way. I was part of the original sales team during the pre-sales phase of the project in 2007, and then returned in 2009 to sellout the project. And I’ve spent most of the last 10 years specializing in the Downtown Denver condominium market, which means I’ve been in just about every condo building in town, and I know what makes this one special.
During all of it, the things that have kept me moving forward are a deep love for my wife and twin boys, an unnatural fascination with tiny houses and a close connection to the outdoors – although you won’t find me running marathons or base-jumping off a cliff.
I believe living a balanced life is important, so in my spare time, I try to do a little fly-fishing, or play a little golf. I also love spending time in my garden. And for me, an essential component of maintaining that balance is supporting great groups and organizations like Konbit Shelter (building homes in Haiti), Tennyson Center for Children and Families, and Habitat for Humanity
